Wow , We survived more than a day on the road to get to Paris. After such a journey you are reminded of just how far Australia is away from the nest of the world.
An uneventful flight except for breakfast @ 2 am in the morning .I did though come down with a headache and a little travel sickness and was not looking forward to the second 13 hr leg but Thanks to Anita's pharmacy I did recover ... but I don't think my butt never will .
So settled into the Tim hotel ( see pic attached ) an obligatoy supper @ Macca's and in bed by 9 pm --Then awake @ 3 am .Dam jet lag .
Today is a potter around recovery day before we catch the TGV to the bottom of France to begin our epic pilgramage thursday .
