Among smaller walks, still committed to the odd 25 km just to remind the body what it's like. Yesterday did our gut busting hill climbs with quite a few flat parts. Some very steep parts and mostly rocky or dirt under foot. After a busy week and both of us tired felt like a good work out but we made it. Home to a hot shower, left overs for dinner, dozing on the lounge and a sound 8 hrs sleep. Woke feeling good.
